Test Request Form - The Desert Figure Skating Club

Deadline: Saturday, March 29, 2026 (by midnight)

Please Note the Following:

- All completed test request forms and fees must be received by The Desert Figure Skating Club Test Chair by March 29th 2026 by midnight.
- Testing will take place during the 4:40 PM Freestyle Session on Saturday, April 4, 2026.
- Skater must register separately for the Freestyle session at the Berger Foundation Iceplex.
- There will be NO REFUNDS for tests cancelled for injury without certification from a medical professional.
- There are NO REFUNDS for contingent tests not skated because the initial test did not pass.
- Late test requests received after March 29th may not be accepted; we will let you know if we can still accommodate you. We will refund your fee if the session is full.
- If you do not pay for your test after submitting your registration, you can use the payment link from your confirmation email.

Test #2

Fees:

Your first test is $35. A second test is an additional $25 if skated on the same test day.

In addition, you will need to register for the Freestyle session covering your test time slot.

There is an additional $35 fee for non-members (US Figure Skating members of other clubs or international associations). This additional fee is only paid once per membership year. The additional fee adds skater to TDFSC as a 2nd club member.

There is no additional fee for TDFSC second club members.
